Supervisor

H&D Security is seeking a professional and proactive Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, managing security officers, and ensuring compliance with SIA (Security Industry Authority) regulations. The role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, clients, and visitors by preventing and responding to incidents efficiently.

Key Responsibilties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of SIA-licensed security officers across assigned sites.
• Ensure that all security staff are fully compliant with SIA and company policies.
• Conduct regular site patrols and inspections to ensure safety and security standards are maintained.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly security reports, including incident logs and attendance records.
• Manage staff schedules, ensure adequate coverage, and handle shift changes or absences.

Candidates Must Have

• Be available to work Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday evenings.
• Be reliable, well presented and have excellent communication skills.
• Own transport is advantageous.
