CCTV SIA Door Supervisor

Job Description
H&D Security is currently looking for vigilant and licensed CCTV SIA Door Supervisors to join our team. This role requires professionals capable of ensuring safety through CCTV monitoring, effective communication, and proactive crowd management.
Key Responsibilities
- Have a valid SIA Door Supervisor License
- Hold a valid CCTV Badge
- Own transport is advantageous
- Must have a valid Passport
- Experience in crowd management and control using CCTV
- Conduct risk assessment and management specific to front of stage areas
- Communicate effectively with team, event organisers, and emergency services
- Handle difficult situations using de-escalation techniques
- Continuously observe the audience for hazards, distress, and changes in dynamics
- Report incidents, injuries, or breaches promptly and accurately
