H&D Security is seeking professional and proactive Supervisor, who is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, managing security officers, and ensuring compliance with SIA (Security Industry Authority) regulations. The role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, clients, and visitors by preventing and responding to incidents efficiently.

Key Responsibilties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of SIA-licensed security officers across assigned sites.
• Ensure that all security staff are fully compliant with SIA and company policies.
• Conduct regular site patrols and inspections to ensure safety and security standards are maintained.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly security reports, including incident logs and attendance records.
• Manage staff schedules, ensure adequate coverage, and handle shift changes or absences.

Candidates Must Have

• Be available to work Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday evenings.
• Be reliable, well presented and have excellent communication skills.
• Own transport is advantageous.
