Key Responsibilities
- Have a valid SIA Door Supervisor License (Compulsory)
- Be reliable, well-presented, and have excellent communication skills
- Own transport is advantageous
- Must have a valid Passport
- Experience in event security or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and make quick, effective decisions
- Physical fitness and stamina for long shifts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Additional Requirements
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Proficiency in multiple languages
- Advanced training in conflict resolution or crisis management
- Familiarity with event venues and local regulations
