PIT Officer

H&D Security is seeking a professional and proactive PIT Officer who is responsible for maintaining safety and control in front-of-stage areas during live events. This role includes monitoring crowd behaviour, supporting artist and audience safety, assisting with emergency procedures, and ensuring a secure environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all personnel records and databases accurately.
• Organise and coordinate staff training, workshops, and development sessions.
• Track employee performance, attendance, and training completion.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and performance summaries.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
• Liaise with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Prepare schedules, training materials, and logistics for learning activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR or training department as needed.
