Job Description
H&D Security is seeking professional and proactive PIT Officer, who is responsible for managing personnel records, coordinating staff training and development programs, and ensuring that all employee information systems are up to date and compliant with organizational policies. The role involves maintaining accurate HR data, supporting employee onboarding, and facilitating capacity-building initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all personnel records and databases accurately.
- Organize and coordinate staff training, workshops, and development sessions.
- Track employee performance, attendance, and training completion.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and performance summaries.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
- Liaise with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare schedules, training materials, and logistics for learning activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR or training department as needed.
